Hello There!

We all have a voice.  We watch, we listen, we read. Let’s all pledge to remain steadfast in upholding equal humanity.
Now Speak Your Mind!

We are a  proud sponsor of  WICCD.

WICCD –   Women Inspiring Change & Community Development (WICCD) is about the beauty, strength, and peace of collaborative efforts to secure Women’s Rights. We support the ability to overcome the struggle for equal opportunities in the workplace and employee benefits, women’s reproductive and fertility rights, the urgency to stop all forms of violence against women, and the enhancement of strong relationships.

WICCD hold symposiums, forums, and *coming soon* podcasts for women who want to refine their skills, understand women’s struggles, gain strategies to prepare for and negotiate better deals, energize the advocate within yourself.

Women who participate will leave better prepared to:

  • Advocate effectively for themselves, their teams, and their organizations
  • Promote their own careers and develop professionally
  • Achieve leadership roles within their organizations
  • Recognize internal barriers holding them back
  • Build the collaborations necessary for success
  • Communicate clearly, command attention, and convey authority without provoking a backlash
  • Contribute to the culture and their organizations

What is this about? Why Now?

For the last 13 years, I have lived in a community that is welcoming and divisive. I have been adamant and will remain steadfast in my lack of tolerance from those demanding servitude or subjugation. Be a part of the conversation.  It is time to ask questions of your neighbors, friends, colleagues, and adversaries.  I believe superficial politeness has given a platform to fester cultivated hate. We will continue to uphold equal humanity for it is in OUR nature.

I want women to inspire change; supportive and nurturing change. I believe in the power of women to motivate others. We need to protect what we hold dear amidst the tenuous times around us.

Currently, I am happy to share this website with Women Inspiring Change & Community Development – WICCD  as they build their brand. WICCD is about the beauty, strength, and peace of collaborative efforts to secure Women’s Rights. We support the ability to overcome the struggle for equal opportunities in the workplace and employee benefits, women’s reproductive and fertility rights, the urgency to stop all forms of violence against women, and the enhancement of strong relationships.

WICCD Symposium: Equality, the hard fight  was at Stetson University & Historic Downtown DeLand, on September 16, 2017.  They accomplished this all day event even with Hurricane Irma making landfall in the Florida Keys on Sunday morning, September 10th, as a Category 4 storm. It battered Florida into Monday morning. We did not resume power until September 15th. The Team of WICCD overcame and pushed through that rough storm.  WICCD held a professional development conference about women’s rights and struggles designed for those who seek ideal aspirations, goals, and mission objectives in their professional careers, advocacy work, and personal lives.

May we all work together as #WomenInspireChange .
